Is using iPad safe inside of the operating theater?

You may wonder when you read this article or might be you’ll courious about many things. Yah I’m too. We already know Apple devide is already cover the medical and health management in a different way. Most of the physician using their iPad or iPhone during their practice time for their help. But how about that using iPad in a Operating Theater!
Yes A japanese surgeon at Kobe University uses it to review abdominal CT images on an iPad during surgery. Now question is inside of the operating theater everything should be bacteria free. But what about this iPad? yes its carefully wrapped in plastic, yet the touchscreen still seems to respond very well even to glove fingers. Is it really better than any regular surgical monitor? I think as per screen its should be showing perfect but it should be hold by someone extra. Because if you wanna make it stand you can’t see perfectly and you can’t make it zoom. As you can see, however, it is less than perfect. Because of sanitary concerns, the iPad is covered with plastic wrap, which makes the images on the screen harder to see. There also seems to be no stand for the iPad, so two people are required to hold it in place. Or may be it can be fall down on the floor. So the most important question” Is iPad is safe inside of the operating theater?”
